Our Operating Hours!
We are open Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00, and Saturday 09:00 to 17:00, local time. (Saturday calls are answered in Melbourne and Perth only).
Should you call us outside of these local hours, and if any of our other offices are still open, you have the option to be connected to another office.
All calls will divert to our new 24/7 operations once the last office is closed.
There is a fee for this service which will be added to your weekly invoice.
The fees are:
To connect to one of our other open offices because your local office is closed:
$5.50 call connection fee
Normal ticketing fees apply
To connect to one of our 24/7 staff because you call before our first office is open, or after our last office has closed (or Saturdays before 09:00 or after 17:00 your local time):
$15.00 call connection fee
$50.00 query/ per ticket/per transaction fee*
Normal ticketing fees apply
Please note that a $100.00 per ticket/per transaction* fee applies on National Public Holidays such as Christmas Day.
*The query/per ticket/per transaction fee goes directly to the staff member that you are connected to.
Please note the following:
- Ex Africa or Ex Philippines requests will not be actioned outside of local office hours.
- Should your query need assistance from the airline involved, and their office be closed, we may not be able to assist. All fees will still be charged for this call.
How do you take advantage of the out of office hours?
Call us as normal on 1300 656 777 and enter your Customer Number; - You will hear a message advising that your local office is closed and that you can be connected to one of our other open offices at a charge of either $5.50 or $15.00 (plus applicable transaction and ticketing fees). Should you wish to proceed and accept the charges simply press 1 and you will be connected, or hang up and your call will be disconnected.
